Patch v2.4

dinopatch v2.4 "dead dino edition" 

new in this build:
- the game's main menu has been restored! and with it, the options menu is finally accessible through normal means! the same options that worked previously in dinomod will also work via dinopatch as of this build (widescreen, position, audio, display)
- Klanadack can now be defeated! the game will play the victory cutscene, award the spellstone and warp you back to walled city as (mostly) intended
- defeating galadon no longer throws you in to the void and correctly awards the spellstone
- Galadon phase one music has been fixed, along with many other tracks in darkice mines
- Galadon intro cutscene is improved, the ice now shatters correctly and the spellstone animates
- the item pickup fix has been reworked to hopefully mitigate stability issues for some people
- some spellstone inventory icons have been fixed, including the klanadack spellstone icon (previously a CRF power room gem)
- caged lightfoot in cape claw no longer uses the model of the chief lightfoot
- settings belonging to the options menu are loaded at startup to avoid needing to enter the options menu each time the game is started

- certain objects (e.g. warlock mountain warp activator on 2nd visit) will no longer crash the game

• Scarab counter workaround - can be shown whenever
• Distract fix - SwapStone cutscene correctly awards distract ability
• Gas room cutscene double-play fix - (thanks to Vague Rant)
• Item pickup fix - though some items (particularly keys) are still red gems for now
• Galadon fix - Tricky fire begins the fight as intended (thanks to Vague Rant)
• Warlock Mountain button crash fix
• Cape Claw nugget cave and gas room fixes
